Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

      Play hand

      $0.25/$0.5 No-Limit Hold'em (8 handed)

      Known players:
      UTG2:
      $50.50
      MP1:
      $54.01
      MP2:
      $66.37
      MP3:
      $20.87
      CO (Hero):
      $50.75
      BU:
      $61.85
      SB:
      $50.25
      BB:
      $74.05

Preflop: Hero is CO with J, K.
4 folds, Hero raises to $1.50, BU raises to $4.50, 2 folds, Hero raises to $11.00, BU calls $6.50.

      Flop: ($22.75) 2, 2, 7 (2 players)
Hero checks, BU bets $10.00, Hero folds, BU gets uncalled bet back.

      Final Pot: $22.75.

      Reg Stats 16/14/2.7AF, 5% 3bet (10% 3bet VS CO) over 1.7K hands.
Some regs are doing this and it is very annoying. I have no idea how to handle this situation if i dont have a BIG hand...

      Please advice.

I would prefer just to muck it, if you are getting yourself into an uncomfortable spot better to just lose the 3bb and wait for a better spot

      Hello Evante,

If you don't know around then just fold the hand and wait for better spot. You didn't point even out what's his fold to 4bet here which is very important before taking the 4bet.

      Best Regards.

      50% 3 out of 6.

I tot he might just be 3betting me lightly.....

Seems to be fine then. Although of course the 4bet to fold isn't a huge sample but this might be one of the spots where we want to find it out how he adjusts. We have blockers. Another option of course would be to turn a bit tighter and fold the hand and wait till you have a reasonable hand with to go broke.
