      Is a shove the only play? Villain is a solid reg with a 8% 3b in bb and 80% CB in 3b pot.

      raise as you need to protect your hands from draws there

      8% 3bet is 88+,ATs+,KTs+,QJs,AJo+

      and with an 80% Cbet you are likely going to get him to fold. With a last drawy board I would consider a call to keep worse hands in the pot

      I think shove pf might be the best option, since BB would often squeeze you and co should almost never have there KK/AA to just flat BB squeeze.
      Also they would likely not put you on AK.

      Postflop I would prefer raising small 9$ and play for stacks. You´re protecting this way your hand and also give him chance to shove/call tp hands and draws that you´re all ahead of. And even on Jh turn you should likely get all-in, since tptk that spot is just too strong to fold
