      villain doesn't seem tight, but your sample size is too small. If you saw him opening light in utg, 3bet preflop is fine, otherwise I would be inclined to fold.

      As played, I would raise flop too. His donk-3bet looks strong, but you need to shove $1.8, so you need 22% equity without rake. You got 27% against 77, TT, QQ+. Also we can assume KK+ would at least sometimes 4bet pre and donking set isn't default + 88,99 could play this way too, so your equity increases. You cannot fold flop.

      I would shove the Flop with your overpair, it looks the most fishiest and with AK , we would shove as well in case we want to semibluff shove

      As played you get it in so that's what we want on this board :)
