      Preflop: Why do you 3bet in first place vs such an opponent who doesn't even have full stack and is very loose?

      Postflop: How many worse hands do you see Calling you here? If you think he has bluffs in his range and might do that then rather just Check/Shove. If he shoves in that kind of spot then you will be behind almost always vs his 3bet-flatting range. Neither we don't get the equity for a Call, we need ~31% which includes rake:
