$EV on Pro Bounty Question

I've recently been getting tokens for the Poker770 Bounty Pro Tournaments, where the buy in is $5.50, the prize structure is something like $90, $45, $21 then $9 for 4th to 20th or something like that.

On top of that, there is a $100 bounty for eliminating the pro who is playing.

Does that mean if the pro goes all in, its +$EV to call them with any two cards, since you're basically getting 19 to 1 odds on your buy in?

      Is this correct?

Sounds +EV to call any two since the first price is less then the bounty. It get's easier if you are last to act. Most important is that you have him covered (guess this is obv).
