Hey! This is my first hand evaluation post! :)

Quite unsure how I should have played this hand/what I did wrong (or right). I don't have any read on the opponent mostly because I'm not sure what to look for. Can you give me some pointers on what to look for when reading my opponents? I'm currently playing at PartyPoker with 4 tables simultaneously.

Also, I'm wondering, can I use the SSS before I have 50$ in my account and is it still possible to play SSS at PartyPoker?

      Thanks!!

      Game:

As you can see I'm caught a little off guard when the BB takes the iniative on the flop, so I call as I figure he hit something. I bitterly fold when he gets aggresive on the turn, because of his rather big bet (he bets the pot), and I figure I have poor odds with my gutshot draw, even if I have overpairs.. :( :D

Unsure how to play this hand:

Got pocket tens and player before me raises to 16 and gets called. 3bet chart says to raise even further. I know I probably played this one wrong, however what should I have done here?

(Edit: Woops, just discovered I only had 6 opponents here.. however, they probably would have folded anyways. BTW! That reminded me of something; when thinking implied odds, how does players folding preflop affect the positioning when stealing blinds? Say I'm 80% sure the button will fold If I blind steal from the cutoff with a hand I should only raise with from BU?)

      Hey welcome Gnillperker :)

How can you play this wrong? You raised him when you should. The only thing I think you can do better is to raise 4 times his size so I want to go to 60cents. But since that is >35% of our stack, we are better off going all-in ourselves

Mind you that you play MSS here and not shortstack because you play with a 40bb stack

      Best regards,
      Gerv
