      Hello asimos,

      You can't CB cause you don't have the initiative. But if you are flatting with such hands then you definitely have to Bet the flop while you have backdoors and he shows weakness with his Bet.

      Most likely myself I wouldn't even be calling there vs his 3bet unless I expect him doing it very loose. Your hand is often dominated by AK here and even if you hit your pair you will rarely know if you are ahead or not.
