is a rise opening when there was not even call before it?
or it's a first raise even with calls before it?

first turn on preflop is called under the gun
right before button (dealer) there is a turn of cutoff
      and before cutoff - hijack
      right?

opening without any calls before is an open raise
if there is one or more calls before (limps) then it's an isolation raise
but they are both "raises" anyway
