      Fairly passive overall, but the turn is where he makes most moves by the looks of it.

      On the turn, you have gone from a suspect pair, to probably 10 and certainly 8 good outs to a hand. Maybe c/c here and play for the straight. I think your implieds against this guy are easily good enough. Unless he has a Ten, your two remaining 8's are good also.

      You are getting around 1:2.8 to make the call on the turn. With your outs and the possibility that he is just making a move and your hand is still best, you may even call this, and you still have more than half your stack behind.

      Don´t like to bet on the turn.
      C/c is better, since he can bet with weaker hands+ he can´t make (semi) bluff move against you. Against raise you have to fold.
