      Hello BGawli,

      One of the ugliest spots where you wont face that often hands what we beat. Especially when people picking such a line as Bet small and then 3bet it's often going to be a trap.

      Although the question is if we can get away here vs his stack? Most likely will be difficult while we don't know much about him and neither if we can totally exclude K:hX type of hands and Ax hands. Therefore I'd make a crying Call but usually the equities wont be very good in those spots.

      For example we need ~19% equity:

      Board: A:heart: K:club: 8:heart:  J:spade:
             Equity     Win     Tie
      UTG    85.43%  84.39%   1.04% { 88, AKs, AJs, A8s, QTs, J8s, KhQh, KhJh, KhTh, Kh9h, AKo, AJo, A8o, QTo }
      UTG+1  14.57%  13.54%   1.04% { KsJd }

      we get only this amount vs that kind of range. If we obviously add up some AQ hands we going to get it. But now again why would he play AQ hands this way as Bet small for indue raise -> ship after raise.

      Best Regards.

      Due to the reason that you wrote under can we ever consider a call? I mean obviously raising is putting us in a tough spot. Any other option like smaller raise?Call?

      Yes, smaller raise could be possible to give as easier way to Raise/Fold. But then again the odds would be almost the same. :D Guess this is one of the spots where I would just Raise for value and close my eyes and go broke vs his stack. :D
