      Hello carrapa,

Well, do you think a lot worse hands even pay you there? Some draws even completed and therefore I might even Check there and reevaluate the further actions. His range is there often times towards to some strong made hand or just PPs which wont pay you -> while they could bluff. Only hope here is to see 55/44. :D

      Best Regards.

Only to options here for me really are check/folding and check/calling.

There's a ton of of hands here you beat that call, realistically neither you nor villian will have 2x in their range. Only thing you're really afraid of if he raises you is the flush, but because it's the Ah that hits a flush is even less likely (although possible of course).

That's why I bet with the intention of folding to a raise (very unlikely he's bluffing if he raises), but there's a ton that will still call such as 55/44/54/AQ/A5/A4/or even QJ/QK that thinks "if he has an Ace im just unlucky.."

Check/calling is also an option, but in reality there's not a whole lot he's gonna be bluffing with on this board and is likely to check his Qx/2pair combos behind which may call a river bet. I think I like betting about 50% pot and folding to a raise thinking about it. I don't think im ever check/folding here.

Betting isn't wrong but then most likely I'd do $1,70 and give him room for hero call.
