      I would 3-bet pf. AQ plays fine postflop, but not so well in 3-4 way pot and since he only min-raised I think you´re ahead his opening range and should isolate him.

      Postflop I would either shove or fold. Since UTG only called BB lead I think you should be ahead most of the times against his range and I would personally get all-in
