Is it wrong to push on dangerous boards like this? Should I ignore Pot vs. Stack size, in this situations?

I'd say contibet in position after the check is correct play and since your stack size is less than 1,5x the pot the contibet means push on the flop. And about dangerous boards... ...it's as dangerous for your opponent as it is for you and because you're the preflop raiser you have the advantage, at least that's how I see it.

I think that you should consider playing c/f only if you have reads on your opponent.

      Hi,
Hand 1 is check behind for me,then check/ fold with IV pair, because K and Q are scare cards for me (A very often holding,K is No2).Think with what range he can call your raise -PP,weak A,KQ,KJ.KT,QT,JT.
      Hand 2
This time you can push more comfortably because only scare card is K and he checks to you.
      Good luck :)

Hand 1 you can check behind and fold unimproved.
Hand 2 the Push is often good, since its less likely that your opponent has a King (AK, KQ, KJ, KT the only hands he would hold, but 2 of them he would have raised) and even less likely that he has a Jack. So you have a lot of fold equity.
