      I think you can bet turn, although consider how much he is likely floating and strength of our hand I would c/c turn and c/c river.

      I don´t like at all your river bet, there are so few hands that he can call you down and inducing bet from flushdraws or Ax hands imo is a lot better than betting against some 6x or 99-77 hands (consider how many hands he is playing I think that is so small part of his continuing range)

      Since I would b/c there with tp+ hands I think once you bet you also likely have to call shove with TT. he would not shove Qx, so his range are quite narrow only to 5x or better hands.
