Pre Flop: ($0.15) Hero is UTG with 9  9 :diamond:
Hero raises to $0.35, MP raises to $0.85, 4 folds, Hero calls $0.50

      Flop: ($1.85) J :club: K :club: 3 :spade: (2 players)
      Hero checks, MP checks

      Turn: ($1.85) T :club: (2 players)
Hero bets $1.38, MP raises to $4.49, Hero folds

Can I bet the turn? Or is it better to just check/fold? I just have a difficulty putting my opponent on a range. Would he really be slowplaying a set of kings or jacks? Would he not protect his toppairs/midpairs? I put him on a weak range once he checks back most of the time so I think a bet would not be the worst choice.

      Hello Avatars91,

No point to Bet the turn, rather just Check it and hope to see free showdown. Vs any hand what is folding we are ahead anyways but while he could have better hands and we might just value-town ourselves.

      Best Regards.
