No particular reads on UTG+1 but he seems super passive

      Known players:
      Hero:
      $21.60
      BB:
      $19.80
      SB:
      $3.50
      BU:
      $23.56
      CO:
      $4.20
      MP3:
      $12.05
      MP2:
      $8.32
      MP1:
      $10.10
      UTG+2:
      $5.86

      0.1/0.2 No-Limit Hold'em (9 handed)
Hand recorder used for this poker hand: PokerStrategy Elephant 0.46 by www.pokerstrategy.com.

      Preflop: Hero is UTG+1 with 4:heart: , 4:spade:
      Hero calls $0.20, UTG+2 raises to $0.60, 7 folds, Hero calls $0.40.

      Flop: ($1.50) A:club: , 5:diamond: , Q:spade: (2 players)
      Hero checks, UTG+2 checks.

      Turn: ($1.50) 7:diamond: (2 players)
      Hero checks, UTG+2 checks.

      River: ($1.50) Q:heart: (2 players)
      Hero bets $0.60, UTG+2 folds.

      Final Pot: $2.10

Preflop: Need to add $0.40 in $1.10 pot. I need about 36% equity, which means I am ok vs {TT+, ATs+, AQo+} range? Or is this too loose to assume for unknown UTG+2?

Postflop: villain has super board for cbet, but he does not make move, made me think he is slowplaying 2pairs or set. Blockbet size on river ok, or bet more? He still could fold medium pocket pairs if he didn't go for cbet.

Doubt if UTG would fold all the worse hands if you bet that small on the river. I would just check it down.
I guess it is fine to call 40 cents with pair pf. If he is passive, then you might get that hand showdown and win without improvement
