I think there's not much doubt how to play this hand until turn, but how do I play the turn with only 3rd highest flush? I think that I should have pushed in my case because I didn't fold after the villain's bet, but would be c/f here be a better choice?

Well, first of all you should bet pot on the flop to protect our hand, and on the turn the best choice - check/fold IMO. Because this is multiway pot and someone of them got with high probability Q:diamond: or A:diamond:

I agree with you, betting pot on flop would be a better idea in case of a freeplay. But on the turn I'm HU and I think I don't have to be so scared of a Q :diamond: or A :diamond: , anyway I think I didn't give him the odds to call with FD when I bet 2/3 pot on the flop.

Bet pot flop, because with the bet you did AJ with an A of diamond or QJ with the Q of diamond your opponent will call, since he has so many outs against you if you do not already have the nutflush.

As played you either Bet/Call All-In or you check/fold since you can not call with the 3rd Nutflush, because only a Set and a Flushdraw drawing to the 2nd Nuts or Nuts would call you on the flop. But a Set would never overbet the Pot here on the Turn.
