      Hello nipbourne,

      Well, what's the purpose of the Bet on the turn? If you planning to go broke vs the guy then there is not much to do. :) The sizing wouldn't play much of a role there anyways.

      Best Regards.

      That's correct but do you ever see him calling with worse while being in 3bet pot? Neither we can't be sure if he even continues with AJ hands on the flop while we have shown so much strength but rather folds.

      Not really the greatest spot to take value:

      Board: Q:spade: 8:spade: 5:diamond:  A:spade:
             Equity     Win     Tie
      UTG    38.29%  31.12%   7.17% { AhKc }
      UTG+1  61.71%  54.55%   7.17% { QQ, 88, 55, JdJs, JhJs, JsJc, AQs+, KQs, QTs+, AsJs, KsJs, KsTs, JsTs, Ts9s, AQo+, KsQd, KsQh, KsQc }

      But of course betting isn't a mistake but just the question is if it's going to have the best playability & value.

      Nor even if we want to protect with those hands:

      Board: Q:spade: 8:spade: 5:diamond:  A:spade:
             Equity     Win     Tie
      UTG    74.43%  74.43%   0.00% { AhKc }
      UTG+1  25.57%  25.57%   0.00% { JdJs, JhJs, JsJc, KsQs, AsJs, AdJs, AhJs, AcJs, KsQd, KsQh, KsQc }

      They wont hit often enough anyways that we should be scared there.
