Vil. unknown but assumed to be a fish (FI l/c btn)

      Did I get max value?

I checked the flop because I thought a cbet would fold out most of his range. He's a fish so most likely has about 40-50% there. Checked to give him a chance to hit something.

Now thinking about it, I don't know what I would do against a donkbet.
Any suggestions? How to proceed on the turn+river after a donkbet is made on the flop?

      Thanks

my default line is bet/bet/bet but depends on what kind of fish he is
fish call gutshots, Jx, even 7x and pocket pairs at least once... (the Ax never folds obv :f_biggrin: )

once you check flop he can call lighter though and it is probably easier to get two streets from middle pairs that way. i'm greedy though ;(

      Hello inlovewithamsterdam,

Yep, it's pretty obvious that you wont get much value anyways unless he hits big time, therefore rather protect and CB. :)

      Best Regards.
