Poker Stars, $0.10/$0.25 No Limit Hold'em Cash, 6 Players

      BTN: $42.12 (168.5 bb)
      SB: $85.42 (341.7 bb)
      BB: $28.46 (113.8 bb)
      UTG: $73.70 (294.8 bb)
      MP: $27.44 (109.8 bb)
      Hero (CO): $40.17 (160.7 bb)

Preflop: Hero is CO with K:heart: A:heart:
UTG raises to $0.75, MP folds, Hero raises to $2.38, 3 folds, UTG raises to $5, Hero calls $2.62

      Flop: ($10.35) 4:club: J:club: A:spade: (2 players)
UTG bets $6, Hero calls $6

      Turn: ($22.35) 8:diamond: (2 players)
      UTG bets $13.75, Hero folds

      Results: $22.35 pot ($1.01 rake)
      Final Board: 4:club: J:club: A:spade: 8:diamond:
UTG mucked and won $21.34 ($10.34 net)
Hero mucked K:heart: A:heart: and lost (-$11 net)

I misclicked and 3betted preflop - I think I should not being 160bb and with no info.

When he 4bets so small I think I have the odds to call. I basically assume a nuttish range to him in this spot as a default. What is you basic assumption?

Don't think he would expect me to have less than Ax on the turn after my flop call so I don't really expect him to bluff here.
I'm beaten by very tight range (AA,and rarely (if ever?) JJ or AJ), but why wouldn't that be his only range here?

If you fold that flop or turn you didn't have the odds to call preflop imo..

Even vs AA/AK you have to call down I think.. 1 AA combo and 6 AK combos...

LE: Fwiw, I think a 3bet pre is fine since you are deep.

      Hello DeMarcohsp,

Preflop: While it's ZOOM poker then it might be true that it's kind of close spot either to 3bet it or not. But while being deeper shouldn't be a mistake. Although vs the 4bet I would rather lay it down than Call cause you rarely can be sure how good your TP can be. If you hit your K you can't be sure if you are ahead, if you hit your Ace you might not even get paid and not to fold about if he could as well hit a set or whatsoever.

      As played
Postflop: Can't really see us hitting much better. Don't really see JJ nor AJ in his 3betting range. Therefore if you called preflop you should also continue here on the flop & turn.

      Best Regards.

Would you call river shove as well?

That at least would be my plan if I am calling it preflop. We would only have to Call $15 and the odds would be too good for us in such a pot -> so like 20% equity only?
