      Poker Stars $25.00 No Limit Hold'em - 5 players -

      UTG: $31.90 - VPIP: 17, PFR: 14, 3B: 4, AF: 2.8, Hands: 193
      CO: $34.06 - VPIP: 34, PFR: 15, 3B: 0, AF: 2.1, Hands: 134
      BTN: $25.67 - VPIP: 21, PFR: 18, 3B: 0, AF: 1.5, Hands: 39
      SB: $25.10 - VPIP: 21, PFR: 15, 3B: 3, AF: 1.9, Hands: 388
      Hero (BB): $25.00 -

      Pre Flop: ($0.35) Hero is BB with Q :club: K :club:
      2 folds, BTN raises to $0.64, 1 fold, Hero calls $0.39

      Flop: ($1.38) K :diamond: 3 :heart: 7 :heart: (2 players)
      Hero checks, BTN bets $0.99, Hero raises to $2.80, BTN calls $1.81

      Turn: ($6.98) K :heart: (2 players)
      Hero bets $4.40, BTN calls $4.40

      River: ($15.78) 5 :spade: (2 players)
      Hero bets $5.40, BTN raises to $17.83, Hero folds

      I c/r flop because I c/r a wide range in this spot and I expect to get value from his draws and weaker hands and I also don't expect him to keep barreling turn anyways.

      River is thin value bet to get more from KJ/KT and fold vs his shove which I don't expect to be a bluff (what bluffs does he have? ).

      Hello DeMarcohsp,

      Well, what I'd ask is if we can already Bet on the turn for value cause his range also contains a lot of flushes:

      Board: K:diamond: 3:heart: 7:heart:  K:heart:
             Equity     Win     Tie
      UTG    61.19%  55.75%   5.44% { KK, 77, 33, AKs, K8s+, AhQh, AhJh, QhJh, AhTh, QhTh, JhTh, Ah9h, Qh9h, Jh9h, Th9h, Ah8h, Qh8h, Jh8h, Th8h, 9h8h, Ah6h, Ah5h, 6h5h, Ah4h, 5h4h, Ah2h, AKo, K9o+ }
      UTG+1  38.81%  33.37%   5.44% { KcQc }

      So it's already on the turn kind of thin value-bet and where might even be better to let him Bet with weaker hands and maybe even floats if we assume that being true. Of course once again it might be kind of dumbish to do that cause he may Bet the river again which would be tough for us to Call but we have enough of outs which would even improve our hand.

      Your Bet size on the river is kind of weak and I wouldn't be surprised if he even turns sometimes his hand into bluff if he is more towards aggressive player like which floats on the flop and then has nutFD on the turn or whatsoever. Cause if you really had FH you would make a big bet, the same goes for flush which is also betting it bigger. Also some PPs could turn into bluff there his hand while recognizing that your Bet size is weak.

      Best Regards.

      As played would you x/f river without any good reads?

      If I'd Bet the turn then most likely nope, Bet turn means -> Bet for value vs weaker Kx hands/PPs+draws or whatsoever.
