Is villian's play here a good strategy?

      It is pretty clear he had the AAA from the outset.
      His re-raise I misinterpreted, since this is only my 5th hand at this table, and my 4th raise.
      Post draw, I guessed that his draw 2 meant a pair+kicker, which a lot of these guys do. When they REALLY have trips, they draw 1 (usually)
      But back to the title question:
      Is this a sensible way to play trips UTG?

      I went through my entire session and compared it with the 2+2 article, and for the most part, I did OK. I even stole a few blinds I otherwise would have folded.
      BTW, the article says NOTHING about playing draws.
