      I don't think the stacks are big enough for you to call another 90 cents for set value.
      after you call, there is only $8.70 left for you to win, if you hit & get stacks in.
      that's not even 10:1 on your call.
      your chances of hitting a set are better than 1 in 10, but you are not getting enough more to make it profitable long term, I think.

      I am also VERY cautious about calling a villain's first 3 bet.
      with this being the first time we have ever seen him 3B AND not getting a great price AND being OOP, I don't call here pre-flop.

      Nope, you can't set-mine here. You don't get the Call15 rule unfortunately and should rather be folding.
