      Hey guys.
I ran onto the book, to read section about 5cd.
Was good, also read Doyles story, and skimmed thuru table of contest.
Found some interesting titles about general poker ,observing oponents, tilt, ego etc.
So I wonder for those who have read it, do you find it to be good and usefull read despite the fact its old ?

I read Super system II about 5 years ago.

Obviously a lot has changed in poker, but there are still a lot of fundamentals that apply from what I can remember.

It was the book of its day - but I'm sure there are other titles which have surpassed it now.

      Sklanskys books are recommended.

The only poker books that I have that collect more dust than the two Super System books are my limit holdem books ... If you read them both cover to cover you'll learn something, but the time investment for that small amount of knowledge will be massive.
