      A3o is not a good hand to isolate, specially being out of position. and being a midstack, not even A3s...

      as played not a lot you can do i guess.

      Where do you see A3o is a decent RoL hand? I do not see it anywhere in the charts that justifies this raise based on the positions of the limpers.

      Therefore without any much information (statistics of both players so not only VPIP/PFR) you just have to fold here
