That's the DLL that HEM2 injects into Stars. It's really a HEM2 crash.

      Any luck yet Peche025?

I would suggest contacting PokerStars and see if they can offer any assistance to you.

      Best regards,
      Gary

Why contact PokerStars about a HEM2 crash? It's best to contact HoldemManager. You'll notice the blitz.dll comes from the Holdem Manager 2 directory and NOT the PokerStars one. (Hint: There are no DLLs for Stars.)

Didn't notice it was a HEM crash. Just doing my best to assist.
