Let's think about our 3 options here: fold, call, 3bet

Fold: out of the question, we even have the odds to set mine. Although we are going to be OOP postflop, I think we can' fold here.

Call: We are going to be OOP postflop, facing overcards, which is an extremely difficult spot. So call doesn't sound too good, but it's still a viable option.

      1) Can we 3bet for value? Well, overcards can call it, and maybe even 99. But it's going to be extremely difficult to get value OOP. Even with no overcards on the flop, you will have no idea where you stand at, because he could also have higher PPs. Not a good idea to boost the pot here imo.

      2) Can we 3bet bluff? Well, only if he folds JJ, but the he won't better hands, so not really. :D

So, all in all, only call is a viable option without any information about villain.

Very difficult spot all in all, I'm eager to read a Judge's opinion about this. ?(

      Hello faronel,

If you are 3betting in those spots then it means you are doing it for value. Therefore also go broke vs him, if rather not then just Call the hand and play it for set value and overpair postflop. :)

      Best Regards.
