I don't like MP1(38/25)'s minraise because it sometimes monster or vague hand.So I called this hand..
But even it's Ax flop, I had to fold because I thought MP1 reraise.
If I play this, I should trash it and I think it's best to bet 1.2 on preflop and
      fold MP1's shove.
      Is it ok?

I don't like your call at all. I am pretty confident this minraise is superweak so why don't you 3bet him? If he 4bets, you can fold and take a note of it. Waiting to let it confirm he either has a vague hand or a monster hand is an approach that I don't like because you sacrifice EV/value for information
