      Q9o is too difficult for me to play on flop so I wouldn't steal.
      And on flop, I don't want to CB because of broadway with FD.
      On turn, I'll bet/fold because you still have to protect from any diamond.
      On river, I'll check call if bet size is not too big.

      I think Q9o plays way easier than the hands you tend to openraise (A3s for example)

      I would cbet too and barrel pretty big to force him to make a decision.

      You have $2.4 left and he bets $1, I am pretty sure this is never 1pair as they would just check back the River since the flushdraw (obvious draw) is out there

      With the 7:c5 I raise preflop and cBet accordingly

      As played I raise to 60cents on the Flop, bet 3/4th at least on the Turn. On the River you are beat by K:cT and any Tx so I think I would fold because the pot odds does not give us favourable odds to call
