      Without the fish in there I would expect him to bet almost his entire range on the river but with him in there with only $7 left it should protect me from bb bluffin wiff nuffin right? so I think fold.

      I would likely not take c/f line. Seems like UTG is going his hand if he has any pair, so I would bet myself 8$ that would put UTG all-in and then fold to BB shove. I think you can´t profitable call (although not really sure why BB should call once more on the turn with Jx, so likely he either has missed draws or nuts), so betting yourself small and then folding to shove seems like best play
