      I would reraise the turn to define your and your oponents hand. (and MP can easily call with a flushdraw)
      If he reraises again I think we are beat. But he may could call with a draw.
      To be honest, I don't like the river minraise. You don't know the strenght of his hand and if he is holding a better hand he probably will reraise you and you have a hard decision to make. On the other hand I don't think he will call with a worse hand than yours...

      But thats my humble opinion =)

      I think you need to reraise turn for protection here, there are a lot of cards you don't want to see. As played, you can always reraise river against a fish if he has a high wts, but I would make the raise bigger.

      The Sb bet on turn looks weird. Looks like he wanted to c/r the flop.
      2 possibilities:
      1. raise/fold turn to define your hand and protect.
      2. call turn and also call river( if ugly river appears), or raise/fold river.

      very good read he had top two on flop so he was def going for a c/r, maybe a c/c as he was a fish
