The hand sample is small, but I considered BTN to be loose.

I called with QQ and not isolated to get BTN in game too and on flop I guess should have bet like 2.50 to get BTN in

I wonder if we should be 3betting this hand at all against UTG if he is 14/14 in hand sample. We isolate ourselves against a range which we are behind or at best flipping with (AK) . I usually like to often call here in position.

As played, if BU is really loose then a call is ok and your bet sizing on the flop seems fine to me. Allows for overpairs to call and sometimes any A holdings or AK because they can't find a fold. I think betting only 2.50 is a bit too small.

      Hello faronel,

As long the BTN is a loose guy I'd just ship it preflop rather than let him Call and hit something as overcard. With something like KK/AA you could trap.

      Best Regards.
