      Hero showed A K and won $6.83 ($3.28 net)

Villain is 20/10/0%3b, small sample 60 hands and not much postflop info.

The minraise on turn really slowed me down. Usually minraise=nuts, but he can't have much here that beats me except KQ (maybe QQ). But I was scared enough that I went into calldown / bluffcatch mode. Did I miss value or was this ok? Maybe should have thrown thin value bet when villain checks river?

      Thanks

      TURN
Hard to imagine, that called flop with only 6x.
66 is very unlikely from a mathematical point of view.
I'd only be afraid of QK, but I guess he'd c/r on the flop with it. I just dont know, minraise is strange kind of animal for me.

I'd call it, and reevaluate the turn I guess. I'd bet the river though.

      Hi Imimba1,

The minraise was on the turn, so I guess you mean call and reevaluate river.

Yeah, I agree with you, it didn't really make sense, he has no 6x here. But at the time, it confused me enough that I checked behind on the river. Now I think I should have thrown a very small value bet. If villain has a monster here I don't think he ever checks the river to me.

      Hello member001,

Calling the turn should be still possible as long he can't represent many combos there but then again I would still Bet the river like $2-3 to make him hero-call whatever hands.

Only reason to Check behind is if you want to take a look at his hand and make the worthy note for the future.

      Best Regards.
