he likes to cb and then give up

I opted to float with my gutshot and bd flushdraw because of my read.
Would it be better to 3b on the flop?

      Hello TheCoon,

Preflop: Fold it preflop, your hand is often dominated. If you assume he is 3betting light then 4bet/Fold it.

      As played
Postflop: We can't 3bet here, we can just raise. Preflop we are 3betting but on the flop he is betting and we raise. But when you called preflop then you should be also consider playing back on such spots and with your reads. Although as I mentioned you made a mistake preflop.

      Best Regards.
