      Flop: K J 3 ($3.85, 3 players)

      Results:
      Final pot: $22.75

I reraise pf and I hit K on the ugly flop.

I bet strongly to protect but I got reraise. I am almost pot committed.
Also I think there are pretty many hands I can beat.

I wonder how I can play better in this situation.

Thats really tought. Against solid opponents, I'd c/f the hand (by c/f I mean folding to any reasonable bet - calling 0,10 is fine), trying to go to a cheap SD. The problem is that even with your TPTK, you cannot be confident that you are ahead. CO coldcalls preflop which is very strong. Furthermore, MP1 also seems to have a solid hand. Even if you are currently ahead, any hand with a has solid equity. And you also may be way behind (e.g. if CO has AA or AQdd)
