On flop I decided to check behind, as there were too many players in pot. When I hit fullhouse, I decided to raise for value (should I raise bigger?).

I didn't want to see that Q on river. Do you think that it is ok to check behind? I didn't think I was going to get called with worse hands but was my reasoning okay?

And what would you do, if villain would bet instead of checking?
