got my card bt no pin code

      hi i got my NET+ card on 27th march.. it said i ll get my pin within next 7 days in another mail.. bt i got nothing.. i emailed them.. they said they r gonna send another envelope.. ok i waited another month and emaild then still got nothing.. again they sent me the same emaill they will send another envelope .. one more month.. still nothing... so what shuld i do now? any suggestion pokerstrategy? its been 2 months still no pin no for my card.. plz help me..

      Unfortunately, you'll need to persist with the Neteller's support team in order resolve the issue of your outstanding PIN number. You may contact them via the following email address:

      pokerstrategy@neteller.com

      I hope they now manage to swiftly resolve this issue and if I can do anything else for you, please let me know by replying to this post.

      ya darren they send me the same email they sent me last time!!.. lemme post all of their emails... i got my card on 28th march so i emailed them after 7 days when i didn got the pin code.. and i got these replies from them time to time... look at the dates.

      We will send out a new envelope with your PIN code reminder today.

      For security reasons, we do not have access to see your PIN code, so we cannot provide it by phone or e-mail. The PIN code is sent by regular mail and can take up to 21-business days at the latest, although it should only take as long as your card took to reach you.

      in my last email to them i have sent them my another house address. cause if its my address is the problem so that they can send me to both of my house.. so that i get to one address atleast. but i dont think thats a problem cause i got my card in the address given on their site. still if u want the other address. .. i can sent u that in PM.. or any other way u want.. and i already gave them.. or is there any other way i get the pin ? like on phone or skype.. or any other secured way.. i ll sure try to help :)

      I've received confirmation that Neteller did indeed make a mistake with the sending of your PIN number and they re-sent your PIN on the 17th of May.

      A representative from Netellers Card Services department will also be attempting to contact you, in order to apologize.

      its 24th june and i think its again more than 21 days :( i havnt got my pin code yet.. what shuld i do now? its 4th time i passed more than 21 days..
      please help me..
      i m from bangladesh may b they sent the mail bt on the way it lost evrytime.. now i want them to send the pin code to my sister who lives in london.. i think it ll solve the problem.. how shuld i approach ? please help me i need the code to withdraw money its urgent now

      i just got my pin code.. they made it possible to get it after log in to my neteller account..
