      I think that his most likely range here is mid PP's - 77-99.
      Could have some FD too, but I don't know anything about Villain.

      If you have a read that big par of his range might be FD's, 54, 87, etc.
      then I like your idea about x/c aka induce a bluff from missed draws.

      If OP is aggro, then he can sometimes bet mid PP's too,
      but I think that's not too likely.

      Bet the flop & turn a bit bigger and rather Bet/Fold the river. What do you think he is shoving there what you beat?
