      Hey Agiz,

I believe the Weekly Depositors Freeroll takes place on Wednesday so the ticket probably won't be credited to your account until Wednesday morning at the very latest.

If it is not there by then you should contact Ladbrokes support again.

      All the best,
      Gary

      Sitting Out
There may be times when you need to leave the table. This is possible through the Ladbrokes Poker Tournament Sit Out feature. But there is a limit, if you miss three big blinds or 30 hands, you will be removed from the table.

i believe that it is ladbrokes freeroll-policy to remove absent players from the tables after the first blindlevel.

OK here is the most dumbest response ever from the poker support in the world :

After reviewing your account and tournament in question we can confirm
that you were blinded out of the tournament.

To avoid future disappointed we advised that you are logged in on our
Poker Software before the stated start time of any tournament.

If we can be of any further assistance, please contact us again and we
will be more than happy to help you.

this is unreal LOL , imagine if everybody got blinded out in less than 2 levels, 3k stack 10min levels (10/20, 15/30, 25/50, etc.. ) this site is SHIT and responses like that i think you need to let go this dumb fucking site and spare your people some time they would lose playing this dumb site!!! I know i wont get anything back no tickets, no buyins no deposits so if you are willing to take action i would be grateful.

close this dumb site down! :f_mad:

      Hi Agiz19,

I will see if I can get you a better response but it look like they removed players that were sitting out. This does happen on some platforms in some tournaments and is not that uncommon.

I understand your frustration but let's see what happens first.

      Regards,
      Gary

OK thanks gary, but it was your tournament....so i think this should not be even possible to remove sitouting players. this needs to be sorted.

Well get back at me gary when you get response.

      Thanks

      Hi Agiz,

      Sorry to hear about this.

I found some useful information here: http://poker.ladbrokes.com/en/table-rules

      i.e. #30
During Freeroll tournaments, if a player has not logged in and played before the 1st blind increase, they are automatically eliminated.

Please mark the ones which could be regards to your situation and email support with it. This is our promotion yes, but their rules of course. I won't be able to escalate this as I haven't got any information about your account or insight to their system.

Please let us know what they said.
      Ingrid
