      I would probably just shove over his 3bet pre, depending on reads. At 40bb effective JJ is fine to stack off with. If he's a complete nit I would fold it.

      A normal sized bet is better on the flop IMO, you want calls from AT, flush draws, maybe a smaller pocket pair or AK he can't let go of. Then shove any turn.

      With JJ overpair & pot sizes vs stack size you are committed to getting it in on that flop so good job I guess.

      Postflop: I'd most likely try to drag him along with some overcards like AQ/AK and make it small bet and induce him to bluff ~$0,60.
