      What strategy are you using? I assume BSS, which means you need to always have 100bb at the table, meaning $2 in this case.

      Preflop I don't like limping, although I know the articles suggest that so we'll not consider that a mistake.

      On the flop raise to a normal amount, don't shove. Raise to $0.12-0.16 and go from there. If he 3bets, shove. If he calls, bet turn 1/2-2/3 pot and shove river or call his raise since his stack is too short to ever fold, regardless of what comes.
