Ugly spot but if u have no read there u have to fold probably because u are only a big favourite vs air vs semibluffs u are about 50% and vs sets of 4s or to pair u are like dead.
ur alternativs are to raise which is a very bad idea cause he could rereraise with a big draw and u have to fold then or he could call with a draw and u dont know what to do when the turn complete any draw which is often because this board is so wet. or he move in with a strong hand so u have to fold again or he fold which is very rare because his bet range here should be not very weak he may fold hands like qt,t9, or a4 and air but that isnt enough to make it profitable.
last alternative is to call which is a bad idea too, if he is capable to bet the turn again with air. there comes u read into play. if he is a player who shuts down after a flop bluff/semibluff u can check it down and hope he dont hit his draw or strenghten his medium holding like a4,but if he is a player capable to take a second shot u have to fold cause u shouldnt call a turn bet too.
i think best play is to fold and second best is to raise fold if u have no read . if u have a read a fold is good anyways but a call then is probably better then a raise

      Hello Farmarchist,

Calling wouldn't make sense, you ain't even making any better hands to fold. I'd rather just fold it and leave the pot alone, it still hits his calling range and could easily be a trap with TT/JJ.

      Best Regards.
