      seems a little weak to me. I think he may float you quite often with Ax hands, but he may also call flop with flushdraws that he would likely bet turn. I think c/c half pot bet should be the most optimal line or if you think he would not bluff that often then b/f to protect against draws should also be fine

      Also he may always bet his Kx hands and medium pp-s to then take free showdown

      I prefer 3-bet for value, but it mostly depends how aggressively you want to defend your blinds. KQs plays fine postflop in 3-bet pots and unless you afraid player would 4-bet bluff you a lot I don´t see reason why not 3-bet pf for value
