[NL20-NL50] NL25: top pair getting raised on the flop

This is a problem I come across pretty often.

Hero raises from the CO, BU calls
      I have AQo

      flop: Q 8 2 rainbow

      Hero bet 2/3 potsize

      BU raises 3x Hero's bet

Here I just don't know what to do, his raise can be a bluff because
he knows I continue bet almost 80% of the time, but it also can be a value raise.

What should I do here, this happens pretty often to me.

Call on the flop and check/fold on the turn?

If you decide calling on the flop, then c/f turn is mistake.
I would take bet/fold flop line, or against aggressive players would call down turn and then see what he doesn on the river, probably call down that bet also.
But there is nothing wrong taking the safe line against aggressive players and turning your hand into bluff catcher- c/c all the way.
