      I think raising flop to try forcing out some better hands, like 88 would be the most profitable play. If you just call flop, then definitely raise turn. His 2bb lead is often weak and he would b/f to 0.20$ raise, also you have a lot of equity even if you are behind.
      Against pairs you have 33% equity

      but your fold equity imo is very huge and he should fold most of the times to your turn raise or river bet with his marginal hands.

      River raise is standard- he should not have there better hand and as you saw he would fold equity to any raise size.
