This blog will be used to keep track of my progress doing SFs Guide.

Full guide can be found here:
The quick guide to skyrocketing your (poker) productivity

I decided to do this guide because of recent mental troubles during poker.
Hopefully this guide will push me to improve general life management and productivity.

      Lets go :s_biggrin:

Look at Mr. Serious, juggling 2 blogs!

Will be interesting to follow you in this one as well though!

Is Reach 63kg a goal moving up or down? Weight to lift, bodyweight? Very vague!

@ DeMarcohsp, tnx for adding me on skype, tlk soon

@fruk, Should be to hard to juggle because I won't be posting to much in the other one for now because I won't be playing. Just mind fking myself haha

63kgs is a body weight goal. It's only an extra 3kgs, but the problem with me is...I have a super high metabolism. So, I can practically eat a block of butter and I wouldn't put on weight haha
I'm all muscle baby so the only weight I really put on is lean muscle mass.
It's great because I'll never become a fatty and everyone would be envious of me but I've always been a little fella and to put on weight is a curse sometimes but gyming regularly and eating good means I'll be looking like this in no time.

Well I start my first goal which was:
      -Complete 30 days, make a habit [ ]
Surfed today and put a cross through day one of my calender.
Had a huge night at work and still tossing up whether I'm pulling an all-niter so I actually make it to the beach 2moro because I have a busy day or to get ~3.5hrs sleep and "hopefully" wake up.

      Wish me luck.

About the weight problem, eat lots and lots of nuts, they are nutritive and have more calories than chocolate, this is one way to deal with your super high metabolism.

I eat several meals a day which are almost always high carbs/protein.
I'm usually well hydrated and nuts are definitely a part of my diet.

It's really tough for me to put any kind of weight on. Even when I was smashing down protein shakes twice daily and eating like a horse I gained 5kgs in a few months.

Well, that's what you have to do, and 5 kgs is not little, it is very good if most of it was muscle mass.

I guess it's not. Maybe I'm expecting to much out of my body.

Weather is terrible like I posted in my other blog so I'm going to read up some more on SFs guide.
Good day to study up :f_biggrin:

Added a couple more orange topics and 1 green topic because I already don't drink coffee regularly.

Water consumption is a big leak for me but My nutrition is pretty good already and exercise is going to be a walk in the walk.
I mean surfing all the time is all the cardio I need and I already go to the gym 2-3 times a week when I'm not surfing.

      Ohhhh got ya haha.

This 30day thing hasn't been a complete failure but I've missed a couple of surfing days due to the NPC. (I'll update about NPC in my other blog)<<<see signature.

And eating hasn't been the best either. NPC has really fked with my shit haha.
It's ok, I'm not down about it or feeling guilty so I guess that's better than what it could be.
But I'll still keep it going when I'm not arriving home from NPC at 2am because I've been running deep ;)

30day make a habit didn't go 100% to plan but I still done it.

I surfed approx 3/4 of the month but I was forced to have days off because I physically couldn't do it.
Because I was in the water to much and I wear "flippers", I was getting ulcers on my feet. It got pretty painful and rather gross. The gf didn't like them at all haha.
They weren't healing because they were consistently wet every day and my flippers just kept rubbing on them and they kept getting bigger and bigger.

      Never read anything book/article wise.
I was so wrecked and tired I was pretty much sleeping/working/surfing. So I improved a lot and got an opportunity to start a bodyboarding coaching course which I will pursue.

Going to have a session with dannywratten, speak soon.

Will be starting this up again.

This stopping and starting really shows I have a serious problem with following through with these kind of things.

I'll read power of now because that's more than likely the furthest thing away from poker theory.

Time management has improved a fair bit and my surfing has improved a lot. I made a final in competing on the weekend, huge confidence step and I know I can actually do it now.

      Miss everyone here.

8 steps to enlightenment I WILL finish along with power of now!!!
