I've seen a lot of hands from this guy (relatively speaking), never saw him do anything like this.
      he'd never 3B from MP before (0/19) .
his only 3B are from BU & BB.

      Pre-Flop: ($0.04, 8 players) William340 is MP1 J:heart: J:club:
      2 folds, William340 raises to $0.12, 1 fold, Player9 goes all-in $2.45, 3 folds, William340 folds

      Final Pot: $0.28

      Player9 wins $4.94 (net +$2.49)

      William340 lost $0.12

I think it's an easy fold, but I wonder a couple of things:
could his shove instead of "normal" 3B mean he "could" have pocker pair worse than JJ?

and does him having ~60BB make this worth calling?
I know there's definitely a point where it becomes a snap call, but I am not sure where it is.

      suggestions/info ?

I think you mostly see there AK that does not want to see flop, although some players playing the same way scared aces. I think folding is fine, since he should not have worse pp-s than JJ- if he has 20bb or less bb-s I would call, because then his all-in range would become a lot wider

      best regards,
