Bet/fold turn or can I call this minraise? I think its ok to call this because I can be ahead against some Kx like KJ and I can improve vs 2pairs.
River? Think I should have called this small bet, needed just 21%.. He can have Kx 96s or T9 too, sometimes J9.

This is a really weird hand, I think in general if we get c/r on a blank card we should fold, so if we bet 5.50 and he made it 21 or something then we should always fold, however vs this weird min raise we should just call and then call a small river bet and fold to a larger one as the larger one will usually be a value line whilst the smaller bet can just include lots of spaz and weirdness. We can then make a note about the hand he chose to take this line with and exploit him in the future.
