      Preflop: Don't use 3x strategy vs min-raises! You are giving him good odds and even opponents behind you good odds to set-mine.

      As played
      Postflop: Pretty standard, Bet/Bet/Bet. :) Although vs his stack you could as well just Bet the flop & ship the turn.
