      We need ~36% equity here, maybe a bit more and for example vs such a range:

      Board: K:heart: 9:spade: T:spade:
             Equity     Win     Tie
      UTG    63.16%  63.05%   0.11% { KK+, TT-99, AKs, KJs+, QJs, AKo, KJo+ }
      UTG+1  36.84%  36.73%   0.11% { As4s }

      we are just doing it break-even. So if you assume his range being wider/tighter then you can act accordingly. :) Doubt that the guy will have a lot of bluffs in his range here.
